This Starlet Dress is a stunning old Hollywood swing dress that transitions from on to off-the-shoulder and is now in vegan leather! The Starlet has a built-in understructure made from high-quality Ponte that is fused and tailored to accentuate your curves. The exterior is lightweight matte PVC that gives you those bad girl vibes. The sleeves are a longer 3/4 cut so they don't dig into your elbow ditch while still giving you maximum arm coverage. The dress has gathered bust cups and a full circle skirt that features everyone's favorite Vixen pockets. It's finished with a removable 1-inch self-belt and a back zippered closure. This style is extremely figure-flattering while providing you with the utmost comfort.
