FA Samba 

After welcoming Jason Dill to the adidas Skateboarding Family back in June 2019, they created a LTD run of Samba as a welcome gift. With his signature and a not seen before White translucent sole and only to be found in Fucking Awesome LA outpost and their online store the shoe was too good not to give to the masses. 

Design
The Subtle changes to an adidas icon and simplicity was the focus here. Presenting Jason Dill with one of his favorite adidas shoes was a goal when welcoming him to the adidas family. Softer leather on the upper and a tongue adorned with FA's signature logo and an dark smokey out sole for finishing touch to bring Dill’s twist to a classic.

Materials
The upper of the shoe is constructed from full grain leather with synthetic leather 3 stripes to keep the upper soft with FA logo on the tongue and a translucent dark outsole.

“With skating, if you can look down and you like your shoes and you like the way your pants are falling on your shoes, and you like the way your top is—whether it’s a button-down or whatever… it’s all flowing with the movement of what you’re doing. It’s like ballet … I was fond of the idea of skating in what is essentially a soccer shoe because soccer and skateboarding are very similar in the movement and the way we put the pressure on our feet. The T-toe and how thin the collar is and how very thin the tongue is. It’s all perfect placement for me.” – Jason Dill
